How do I shut off the chatter in the Expo Hall?

Click the red circle at the lower right side of the video frame (below the chat program).  That turns the sound on/off.

When I am in the tradeshow the sound and images are choppy.

This usually means one of two things:

     1.  Your data line is slow or having major issues (this show can be viewed over dial up but is best viewed with a high speed line (such as DSL, Cable, Fiber or other).  If you are at a Wi-Fi hotspot, you may be on a high-demand line, meaning that there is high traffic over the line, or something is causing packets to stall or be lost.

     2.  Your computer is having an issue - usually with your graphics card.  Some graphics cards in laptops or PCs play a dual role - and carry both the graphics and the sound load of the computer.  To remedy this, make sure you do not have other high demand programs running in the background (ie: Skype, other video or sound related software).  Turn off all unnecessary programs.  Doing so may free up enough memory to allow the show to be viewed smoothly and evenly.  You can also shut off the chatter in the tradeshow hall to free up additional memory.

Remember, this is much like a downloaded video or movie on your computer - and it is wholly dependent on the data line to provide smooth, even viewing. However, by shutting down mail programs (Outlook, etc) and other program that you may have running during viewing - you will get the best results, just as if you were viewing a video or movie on your computer.
